1 General Terms

In these Terms, "you", "user", or "member" refers to any person who accesses the tc111 platform or uses its services.

• By using the platform, you confirm that you are a legally responsible adult.
• Although these Terms are provided in Bengali, tc111's interpretation shall be final in the event of any discrepancy arising from translation.
• These Terms and tc111's Privacy Policy together form a complete agreement.
• The tc111 platform is for personal and entertainment use only.

2 Account Registration & Management

The following conditions must be met to create a valid account on tc111:

• Each person may register only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, they will be suspended or cancelled.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to tc111 immediately.
• Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• tc111 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from failure to secure your account.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on tc111 is 21 years.

• No person under the age of 21 may create or use an account on this platform.
• tc111 reserves the right to verify age at any time using a national identity card or other valid documents.
• Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
• If an adult uses this platform on behalf of a minor, that adult shall bear full legal responsibility.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tc111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and the following rules apply:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits and withdrawals cannot be made through any method other than these three.
• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500 for each payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit — this rule is followed for security purposes.
• tc111 may request additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Using a third party's account or card for transactions is strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotional offers on tc111 are provided under the following terms:

Welcome Bonus:

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳22,000.
• The bonus amount will never exceed ৳10,000.

Wagering Requirements:

• To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount.
• Example: If you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳40,000 (2,000 × 20) before withdrawing.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount plus the bonus.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering calculations.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.

General Bonus Terms:

• A new bonus cannot be claimed until the current bonus offer has been completed.
• Bonuses are available to valid account holders only — using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits is prohibited.
• tc111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its terms.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed for all betting activity on the tc111 platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed, unless tc111 itself takes action due to a system error or event cancellation.
• tc111 reserves the right to void any bet result caused by a software or hardware error.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error or technical issue will be considered void.
• Each game or event has its own specific rules, which can be viewed separately on the tc111 platform.
• Winnings will be credited directly to your account balance and may be withdrawn subject to applicable terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on tc111 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using a false identity, forged documents, or deceptive means to operate an account.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system loopholes to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or artificial means.
• Money Laundering: Using this platform to legitimise funds obtained through illegal means.
• Automation & Bots: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Collusion: Secretly communicating with other players in an attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Hacking: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• Third-Party Transactions: Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment method.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

In any circumstance, tc111's maximum liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the past 30 days.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

tc111 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Proven use of false identity or forged information.
• In the event of the account holder's death or legal incapacity.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

You may also contact the support team at any time to request closure of your account. An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed — subject to conditions being met.

13 Policy on Changes to Terms and Conditions

tc111 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time:

• In the case of significant changes, registered members will be notified via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If a user does not agree with the new terms and conditions, they may request account closure provided there are no outstanding balances.
